Design Approach
The European classical aesthetic was interpreted through raised panel shutter profiles, moulding details, and a restrained, layered colour palette. Spatial hierarchy was maintained through a clear distinction between upper and lower cabinetry, with deliberate proportioning across the entire run.
Material & Finishes
Finish — PU (Polyurethane)
PU finish was applied across the primary cabinetry for its depth of colour, smooth tactile quality, and exceptional resistance to moisture, heat, and daily use. Unlike standard laminates, PU delivers a hand-crafted quality that holds its character over time.
Finish — Membrane
Membrane finish was used selectively to achieve the sculpted, contoured profiles that are central to classical kitchen design. It wraps seamlessly over three-dimensional forms, enabling the ornate shutter detail that defines this kitchen’s character.
Hardware — Hettich
All hardware across this kitchen — hinges, drawer channels, lift systems, and pull-out mechanisms — is powered by Hettich, one of Europe’s most respected names in furniture fittings. Every drawer glides softly. Every shutter opens and closes with precision. The hardware is engineered to perform at this standard for over a decade.
